I would have never moved here if I had known the shambles this place is.&lt;/p&gt;

It&amp;#39;s all about lack of money-never do they ever admit they are at fault! &amp;nbsp;I believe we are at a crisis point in Washington state, when are we going to wake up?&lt;/p&gt;

This is due largely to the unfunded mandates mentioned above - unfunded special ed costs (this is out of control) and unfunded teacher raises. Plus, the cost of everything is going up and the State revenue is not keeping pace. In the next week or so we have to figure out what to cut as we&amp;#39;re not allowed to run over our budget. Gregoire is asleep at the wheel on this one.&lt;/p&gt;
